MICHAEL CUMMINGS
Senior Architect/ founder
CA&D Architects was founded by Michael Cummings, and since then has built up a good relationship with various external consultants (such as planning advisors, Structural Engineers, etc) to provide high standard design at a cost-effective price.
We are always open to employment requests, having helped several Part I and Part II Architects in their journey to become chartered architects.
COVID-19, along with its challenges, brought a new outlook into the way we work. With the addition of online workshops and plenty of client-architect correspondence. This has proven extremely useful in improving our client relationships, and ensuring that they can be as involved in the design process as they want to.
